Welcome to the WebIQ License Center. Here you can generate a license file for your WebIQ Runtime system which has no internet access:

Welcome to the WebIQ License Center. Here you can enter your Runtime License Key and generate the License File.

Enter your license key in the field below and select the ACTIVATEME.TXT file that you have downloaded using the ‘Manual Activation’ of the WebIQ SLM (System and License Manager)* before. Click on the ‘Continue’ button to generate and download the license file, then proceed with ‘Step 3’ of the WebIQ SLM on your target computer.
